"This is a well priced place to stay, good for somewhere near to central Perth if you have a car. If you get a room up the front be prepared for significant traffic noise as the Great Eastern Highway is busy day and night. The rooms are well kept and well serviced but the TVs could do with an update. The complex is quite large and busy but it's still a good night's sleep. And excellent value for money. "Attending a function in Perth this week, we stayed at the Ibis Hotel on Murray, as we usually do. In our room we encountered 3 examples of poor maintenance. 1) the shower drain was blocked and very slow to drain, 2) the inner bathroom door handle was broken, i.e., door could not be opened, in which case one could become trapped inside, and 3) the bar fridge had turned into a "deep freeze," i.e., the milk for coffee was frozen! All of these items are indicative of poor maintenance, below usual...

"Lovely location, close to city and the Botanical gardens. Great restaurant attached to the property. Laundry facilities are a bonus. Room was good and had all the conveniences. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing was it was a bit noisy early in the morning with what sounded like some work in the room above and doors slamming, etc. Other than that I had a very good stay for 10 days. "

"Walls in hotel room could Use with a wipe down, they were abit dirty stayed in the same room twice. They did remove the broken chairs from the first to second visit but didn’t replace with anything. Great for parking if ur driving as there is not a lot of parking around this area "

"My stay was fine - the rooms are exactly like the pictures, Very clean and well maintained. The bed was excellent - very comfortable and with really nice clean sheets. The location is fantastic close to the city and the river."
