"Great little apartment in an easy walkable location to surfers. Nice view, we used the pool and tennis court. Beach just over the road, tram a block away. Lots and lots of construction noise currently due to building next door as well as over the road, starting daily at 7am. Will continue for months yet, so if you're looking for a quiet spot this isn't it. If you're going to be out and about from early till arvo, it's fine, as quiet in the evenings."
