The shuttle service was the best — they are so efficient and helpful. The hotel facilities were very comfortable and the view is amazing. The cleaning team made a very special decoration for my birthday, which was a wonderful birthday gift. Thank you for making our vacation so spectacular."

"Koh Tao Heritage is my preferred hotel to stay at. Main reasons are; daily room cleaning, quiet location, rooms do not have TVs (so don't get noise) from other rooms, location is an easy walk to Sairee Beach or Mae Haad Pier for the ferry, As always Nancy, Nok and other staff are welcoming."
