I think one thing that has a few folks in a tizzie is the way the listing describes this included breakfast. I would encourage the management to be more specific concerning what they offer for breakfast, and not “Free cooked-to-order breakfast each morning 7:00 AM–10:30 AM”, because it is not as described."

"Booked room last minute via Expedia. Received reservation confirmation. Upon arrival, room reserved not available so Ramada upgraded us to an ocean view room to accommodate our needs. The room offered beautiful views of the beach/ocean. The tikki bar/restaurant was the happening place to be located inside the hotel. Great beach access. Clean linens. Bed was comfortable. Although the room itself was rather outdated, it was still a good experience to be so last minute. "
