"Frontdesk staff was very nice and very helpful!! Room was great, we were on the 3rd floor so we had a view of the town, which we enjoyed. The only awkward part was getting to the hotel. Google had some issues because one of the driveways is chained off and Google doesn't know that."

"This is a lovely and new hotel in downtown Spokane! I stayed 2 nights while on the business trip. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable! The hotel sits at the intersection with the gates around, so pretty safe. Best to go dining outside of the downtown. Andrea from Toronto. "

"The staff is great, breakfast is typical continental with bonus pancake machine, and overall hotel is small, basic, roadside hotel. Only complaint was the low quality toilet paper - the kind that disintegrates in contact. I encountered better toilet paper at the rest stops & baseball fields this weekend. "
