"The bar fridge was constantly warm, hence no cool drinks. Management was informed of the situation shortly after arrival but nothing was done for the entire 3 days. Garbage was collected at 4.00am by 10 noisy workers right outside our front window. The water in the shower was hot for 1 day only."

They argued with us that we even had a reservation there and only after insisting several times that we had a reservation did they check and saw we did. They didn’t seem to want us to be there. "This is not a bad hotel. The biggest problem I had was that the room is advertised on Hotels.com as being air-conditioned but it is not air-conditioned and there are no air-conditioned in the whole hotel. The temperature when I arrived in Tatvan was 41c. After talking to 4 different people on Hotels.com on the phone for 90 minutes I managed to get a fan put in the room."
