"Arrived late after a flight from Athens , so arrived in the dark, had some dinner at the on site restaurant and went to bed , left next morning, the room was very nice booked a superior double room , had a balcony area which opened towards the road and lots of aircon units, shared with the room next door, with á view over the carpark to the sea at the side, so not the best outlook, didn't use any of the hotels facilities so can't comment , fine for an overnight sleep 1hr 15mins from the airport,...

"Definitely book the larger room if not traveling solo. The smaller roo. Is nice but too tight for 2. The larger room is quite comfortable, we had a wrap-around balcony and the bathroom was ample. Nice to have closet space. Staff was so pleasant and even helped us get laundry done quickly. They serve a terrific breakfast tailored to order."

"This hotel is exceptional on every level. We had a room with a private pool (beautiful) The room included a fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Tea, coffee pods and water are topped up daily if required. There is air con in the room too (tip: patio door needs to be closed and handle down in order for air con to work) The cleaning staff work extremely hard and are at your disposal, they will clean the room, change bedding and supply clean towels daily should you need it. "The hotel is at the heart of Zante, easy access to all good restaurant and bars near seaside. All the staff are amazing specially Helen. She seems to have the magic wand, can managed well with all the queries from the guest quickly. Helen also helped me with all the booking from Zante to Athens, phoning the respective companies. "The 'Dream' room was decorated with whimsy and had a great balcony overlooking the port and square. The staff, especially Marianna, were friendly, engaging and helpful in finding sights to see. Breakfast was wonderful in the little restaurant next door. The only negative is that the room had very little sound proofing. We will return!"
