"Super unique hotel, tucked into a very active mountain town. The roads all around are tiny and winding mountain village size. Hard to find and hard to drive/park, but that really adds to the experience of this unique and wonderful location. Inside the hotel is very modern, well built, clean. Staff very helpful, pulled the car out onto the street for us. Certainly would have helped us find and park if we had called ahead. "

"We have stayed here 4 to 5 times as this is our hotel of choice when staying in Ioannina. We hadn't planned this stay but the heavens opened so we were trapped in a bar (shame!) and decided to have a few more drinks and book a hotel for the night. "We booked the hotel and paid for everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it looked deserted with all doors shut, all lights off. We tried to ring the door bell without any response. Then we tried to call the hotel without an answer. Finally, we had to find another hotel nearby. There was no communication whatsoever prior to our arrival at the hotel about its temporary closure."
