"What was expected for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately there was wet carpet from the outset, coming from the fridge, of which we notified a staff member. Pool and pool area was nice, however it would have been better if there was more than the one sun lounge chair. "

"Lovely and clean. Cereal and milk included in the stay which was a nice bonus. Property is separate to the club (separated by a driveway), although that is where reception is located. We stayed on a Thursday night and were pleasantly surprised how quiet the room was."

"As far as we are concerned, Sun Palms ticks all the boxes. I get really disappointed when we can't book a room if I have left it too late, so now I get on line early to prevent this. Been staying there for years and years and always such a pleasure to stay at. Thank-you Sun Palms managers . "

"The parking area and the entrance to the property is not well presented and run down, but once you open the apartment door it is wonderful. "

"A great place to stay when visiting the nearby entertainment centre. Check in friendly and efficient, room spacious, clean and comfortable. Only downside was with the pillows which we didn’t find comfortable. Would stay again but take own pillows."

"Shower had mould in the grout. We had 2 big crickets and some other creepy crawly come in and it is because there is a gap under the door. Other than that it is in a convenient location. "
