"Really like this place. Updates are great. Lobby is nice and check in was smooth. Don’t love paying 39 bucks to park the car when the hotel was 144. Seems cheesy to stab you for parking like that. But all in all this is a great place to stay "

"This is a very nice Embassy Suites. Very clean inside. Comfortable rooms. Outside was a little dirty, trash around small outside patio area (on way to parking garage). Breakfast was outstanding as usual. We were told at check in we could split the bill on check out since I was traveling with a friend. Unfortunately the staff working the front desk at check out did not know how to do it and were not too helpful. Other than that it was a great stay. "

"Stayed here one night for an early morning flight out of SNA. The hotel is convenient to and very near the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle that is very convenient. There quite a few places to eat within reasonable walking distance. The hotel has a little age on it but is very clean and well-kept. There is onsite parking but it’s quite expensive. I recommend the hotel shuttle. I misplaced my glasse while there and the hotel staff went the extra mile to help me locate them. I will stay...

"Loved our room. Only received 2 bath towels each day. Asked several times for more towels and never got them! Price for overnight parking was too high. Breakfast was good except for the eggs. They didn’t taste like real eggs…"

"We love staying at the Ayers hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the rooms are large with a sitting area plus bedroom. I don’t like the body wash, shampoo and conditioner attached to the shower wall instead of free standing bottles so we use our one bar of soap and transfer it from the sink to the shower. There was a problem with the hot water in our room our first night which didn’t get fixed until the next afternoon so we had no hot water for showers our first morning. Breakfasts...

"This is a great hotel for a casual stay, clean, reasonable pricing, good location, and very friendly staff. My only negative would be understaffed. When we request anything, we have to go to the lobby to collect it versus getting it delivered to our door step."

"An older property with a facelift that is built into the cliff side gives European style vibes and easy beach access with an incredible view but prepare for lots of stairs and not so modern heat / air options. We had a plumbing issue with water and debris backing up into our bathroom sink overnight likely caused by years of people rinsing their sandy clothes in the sink which isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault."
