"What an exceptionally outstanding hotel. Everything about it is wonderful. From the setting where apples grow to the views of the mountains. In our three week tour of Europe this is by far the nicest staff. Our room was large with a balcony and sitting area. While there is no restaurant onsite, they do serve breakfast which was delicious. "The apartment was large and had lots of space. Beds were very uncomfortable and we were unable to rest. Best part was the closeness to the ski mountain and going sledding. The town was super cute! "

"Ruhiges, dennoch zentrales Familien Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich, Essen gut und in ausreichender Menge, Innen und Aussenpool sehr praktisch auch für schlechtere Tage. Meran Card im Preis enthalten, sehr praktisch da ÖPNV inkl. und einige andere Annehmlichkeiten. Wird in nächster Zeit renoviert, somit wird sich der Komfort sicherlich steigern. Waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen."

"Just confirming the first impression: it is not the check in time, it is not that I was expecting a 5 stars service, as the owner keep saying, I was expect some courtesy. The hotel is nice and clean, the owner is just rude, it assault you verbally (first things to discuss my negative first impression was to wait for me on Sunday morning before breakfast and stop me to “discuss”) and I am taking comfort from the fact that I am not the only one but she has lots of negative reviews. No hard feeling...
