The socket cover was coming off the wall. The remote control needed batteries. The staff were not at all helpful. There was not one English tv channel. "

"The front desk clerk who greeted us (Sorry I can't remember her name) was amazing and pleasant. Very helpful. When you return to the hotel, if after 10 p.m. , you must enter a code to gain entry. We did not realize this and rang the bell. The lady who came to let us in seemed quite perturbed that we had bothered her. Great location and great hotel, just don't disturb the night manager!!"

"We arrived past 14:00 and after some difficulties checking in, we found out that our room was not ready. We were also asked to pay for the room in order to check in even though we had already paid via Expedia, and the payment had been charged to our credit card."

"Needed a few minutes to get to the town centre on foot. Limited eating options in the immediate area. Cleaning staff did not follow the rule about not replacing towels unless requested. Overall - a good stay in a beautiful purpose built hotel with efficient and helpful staff. "

"Located in a light-industrial/commercial district 1.5 km outside the quiet but picturesque old village Saint-Laurent-des-Arbres. Don't expect to go strolling, but a good base for day-trips into Provence (you will need a car). The hotels is modern, a bit arty. Could use a few easy chairs to offset the stylish but noisy dining chairs. Adequate breakfast, but no lunch or dinner service. "

"The staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast was also very good. The room we had needs to be gutted and redone. The floors creak no matter where you walk. There are obvious signs that the room had a water leak from the bathroom. There was a piece of carpet that had been cut out and replaced and there were water stains in the carpet near the bathroom."

"This is a very basic hotel. It was clean but feels old. The surroundings feel unsafe. It is very difficult to access the main door. You have to get into a street elevator to get into the second floor. There is lots of construction now and it may get better when the construction is finished. The staff was helpful and fun to talk to in our limited French. "
