"We had trouble checking in and the receptionist ran our credit card 3 times before finally figuring out that she kept canceling the transaction. She was apologetic in the end but in the moment it was stressful. The hotel itself is a strange set up and reminded me more of dormitories than a proper hotel. The grounds were not well kept, however the rooms were fine. No AC and no mini fridge. Not a problem for us as we were here in early May but during hotter months it could be an issue. Overall...

"Nice hotel in rural area of Bavaria, Germany. Clean and bright with resort features. Nice touches with environmentally conscious touches. Delicious German style breakfast. Also had snack (lunch) and dinner at hotel, all very good. Would definitely stay here again."

"Die Anlage des Hotels ist wirklich toll, viel Natur um einen herum. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und mitdenkend. Das Essen ist wirklich gut. Für unseren Geschmack war die Einrichtung allerdings etwas "altbacken", was aber nicht viel ausgemacht hat. Schade fanden wir, dass beim Frühstücksbuffet das Obst aus der Dose kam und in Plastik portioniert war. Trotzdem werden wir nochmal wiederkommen. "
