"Stayed between Golf games lovely clean room and nice bar with excellent food"

"The staff were exceptional!! The food was exceptionally good, with a mix including Indian as well as UK, but all - dinner and breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is in the centre of the city of Brechin, quite close to the cathedral - well worth visit! Th oldest part dates from around 1000AD"

"Well enjoyed stay with our 2 kids over the October holidays. Room plenty space and great amenity if the pool for us all to enjoy. Breakfast was good with plenty choice. Evening food was uninspiring but there are many choices locally or further afield in Dundee. Closeness to Dundee great as well had the car so it’s a great location to enjoy being out the city buzz. Look forward to returning again"

"Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Great stay."

"The staff were extremely courteous & helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel and grounds superb. Will definitely stay again."

"Room was comfortable and the pub downstairs had great food and drinks choices and staff very friendly. Breakfast was great as well."

"Our fist visit to Montrose. Lovely hotel which met all our needs in terms of friendliness, cleanliness, amenities and location. We had a very plentiful, tasty breakfast. Great atmosphere in the evening when there was a live band and a busy function suite. Have already recommended this hotel and this town to friends."

"A great location in the town and guests have access to the gym and swimming pool included. "

"The hotel hotel was nice, the room was more than adequate and the staff were great, my only complaint was it was close to a bar/club and you could hear people shouting and laughing on the street and the faint thump of music."

"Great food, fab hotel!"

"Great food, helpful staff, lovely location."

"Had two days in a clean room with clean washroom in it, nice comfort bed , slept like home , the staff absolutely professional, se típus but kind . Definitely will come back later ! "

"super friendly staff; excellent home made food"

"Fabulous place out in the country on a farm with Clydesdale horses in the pastures. Fifteen minute drive to town. Lovely house. If you like a quiet respite, I highly recommend it."

"So, the house itself is very nice, comfortable and bright. Bedding was comfortable, living room was good, but dining room chairs somewhat uncomfortable but not too bad. Only two of the three bathrooms are full baths, the one on the first floor is a half bath. The major issue we had was that we discovered someone living in a tent in the garage a few days into our rental which creeped everyone out! We noticed food, clothing and even a bucket of urine on the garage floor. I tried to contact the...

"What an unbelievable stay. Beautiful property in a wtunning location. Claire was really helpful and we had the best time"

"Excellent location, excellent hosts, excellent place to stay"

"Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans cette maison avec notre groupe de six amis. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été émerveillés par la vue imprenable sur la vallée environnante et par le charme de la maison. Tout était réuni pour passer un moment parfait : une décoration soignée, une maison impeccable, chaleureuse, très confortable et parfaitement équipée. Nous nous y sommes sentis tellement bien que nous aurions volontiers prolongé notre séjour d’une semaine ! Le jacuzzi avec...
