"Loved staying here - the whole place is lovely & v clean/well put together. The staff were excellent (i arrived with food poisoning from elsewhere) and the plain food that the chef made for me to help me recover was utterly ideal. "3 night booking. I arrived at about 9pm on the first night after a long and tiring journey, but my room was not ready. I had to wait about 30 minutes whilst staff went to get towels and soap, as well as a floor-standing fan - there was a fan already in the room but it was broken with the guard cover on the floor. I asked about a room safe, and after a short wait 2 staff members came back in to the room carrying a large, shoddy looking wooden stand and a room safe. The safe was in a terrible...
