"3 night booking. I arrived at about 9pm on the first night after a long and tiring journey, but my room was not ready. I had to wait about 30 minutes whilst staff went to get towels and soap, as well as a floor-standing fan - there was a fan already in the room but it was broken with the guard cover on the floor. "The property and staff were friendly and helpful. The gentleman at reception was wonderful. It was awkward as soon as I checked in as the owner requested I cancel the booking and pay directly to the property due to Hotels.com/Expedia failure to pay for multiple guests over the previous month's. The option was unavailable as Hotel.com policy for cancellation was fully nonrefundable. This means I'd have to pay twice if I cancelled. The stay further detoriated upon check out as I was falsely...

"Everything about the resort was good. Very clean and in good shape. There was some resturants in the area that was cheeper but the high quality on the resort meals was worth the price difference! There was a short walk to the beach and it was nice to go for walks along the beach."
