"We had a wonderful time. The property is cozy and truly beautiful. What a view!! We appreciated the ease of access with the use of the key code. It was very cool to have a telescope we could use to view the birds and boats. Our only issues, which were minor, were our concern that we were unable to reach the owners via email with a courtesy report regarding damage we found upon entry, and we also found old food particles in the sink as well as a piece of broken glass on the kitchen floor. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay, were very comfy, and will consider staying here again in the future for sure!"

"The house was very clean and the breeze from the bay was delightful! It is near many attractions like Cape Henlopen and Prime Hook! It was a lovely stay! "

"The house was very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. I mainly chose this property because I am physically disabled. Unfortunately when we arrived it was apparent we could not safely use the ramp with a wheelchair or rollator because it was too steep. Also the showers did not have grab bars nor a safety mat in the stall, and towel racks were too high. "

"Very nice stay. Very clean. A few minor things the owner could not know about if I didn’t tell them. Prompt attention from the owners. Would recommend to anyone. Had one major issue and the owners were prompt and efficient. Not anything they did just a freak issue that came up. Definitely stay here the place will not disappoint "

"This property is very peaceful and quiet . This is our 2nd time staying for a week and we enjoyed the house very much. they have many things that are useful in the house like crab pots and fishing poles and kayaks. The kitchen has every thing we needed to. Easy access to the beach with a short drive away and the town of Rehoboth.I would definitely recommend ."
