"Nice place to stay. Would stay again."

"An excellent bed & breakfast; superbly located near the town's biggest attractions. The room was bright and modern with a great bed and super-plush towels. The breakfast in the morning was a particular highlight; well presented, in a beautiful breakfast room. Everyone I dealt with at the property was friendly and very helpful; they are truly focused on providing an excellent experience for all their guests."

"Great little family get away x"

"What a cracking pub. What more do you want from a place to stay than have a legendary boozer right below you. The land lady was very friendly and polite, rooms were basic but clean and perfect for my needs. They do a cracking pint downstairs too. Staying again next week for work it was that good and the prices resonable."

"Great location, parking and close to town. Lovely period lounge. Great value for money."

"Great staff , nice place "

"I must be honest, I am very disappointed. For some strange reason although I checked reviews before hand, I was not able to see all the reviews which would have prevented me from booking. 20 min before leaving the owner messaged to say his cleaner did not come and asked whether we still wanted to go. He offered us £60 refund if we wanted to go and take our own bedding etc. We accepted as we were all packed. Arrived there, no hot water and the place wasn't really well kept. We contacted the...

"The hut was amazing & laid our really well. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to my standards. There was a squished fly on the coffee table & it required dusting considerably. The bathroom was clean though. We didn't see a member of staff the whole time we were there (2 days) & to contact anyone was difficult too. The hot tub was very nice, but for the money paid I would expect a daily refill of wood. We had to buy quite a bit more to use it. Lastly, they have a carpark for all cars....

"Quiet location in a well kept grounds. All staff appeared friendly and electric car charger available was a bonus. Was disappointed with Hot tub as had to buy additional wood at £10 a bag which was not stated. Also uncomfortably warm at night. They did provide a fan but no air con, we did travel during the Summer heatwave and was really difficult to sleep. Shower also had a unpleasant smell. Overall we had a great time in a good location close to multiple nearby beaches."

"Everything was perfect, except for the fact Hotels.com didn’t provide me neither with a gate code nor with key box code,I had to ask another person staying in a lodge there to give me a number where I can call to find out all this info. Other than that it was a nice stay,Lodge 14 is very big and clean, hot tub was nice and warm, everything clean inside. Lodge has everything you need for a nice stay. We will definetly come again."

"Excellent stay"

"The caravan itself was perfect for its price. Decently hygienic and basic utilities. However, the hot tub after one use wasn’t maintained by staff, it wasn’t treated and therefore started to look murky and smelt unusual. The host wasn’t very easy to contact, was left in the dark about utilities until the day before and didn’t respond for 2 weeks using Expedia app nor didn’t answer when messaged about hot tub condition and wasn’t told how to use the heating. But overall, the property is great for...

"We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. This other member of staff then told us they didnt realise...
