"My husband had stayed in this hotel a few months ago and liked it. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby when we got there, which was much appreciated. Beside the reception desk was a tiny convenience store with toiletries, snacks, drinks, and several varieties of Blue Bell ice cream in $5 pints. "After I woke this morning I noticed the bed sheets were lifted off the mattress. I went to put them back on and I noticed something on the mattress (under the sheets). I small gathering of black round balls of something. I nearly jumped out of my skin. After further examination, I discovered the mattress protector sheet is covered in brown spots. "
