"Lower bunks have a privacy curtain but the upper bunks don’t so you’re screwed if you get upper bunk and when I asked if i could change beds, they couldn’t because apparently all the beds were booked even though one in my room was empty. Also there’s zero ventilation (safety concern??) in the room so the room was so hot despite it being spring, and imagine 6 other guys in the room, how bad it would smell. "

"The place is nice but the communication is horrible. The check in time is for 3pm but they are so horrible or really lazy to send you the access code. They sent it to me at 5pm. I stayed here twice and it happened both times. They should hire an onsite person to be there because the online communications is ruining the place. "
