"Stayed for one night , the room was nice with a large bathroom. Breakfast was very good (full English) and staff very good. This should be described as a Bed & Breakfast not a Hotel."

"Always a pleasant short stay"

"Good location."

"Excellent place to stay, clean, tidy spacious. Would stay again for sure."

"The room was really hot and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The room was nicely furnished otherwise, just small. The breakfast was really good. Location on the river near the train station, great."

"Breakfast was very good and staff was kind and helpful figuring out our car troubles."

"My family and I enjoyed our two nights at the lodge. The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are neat (though there was no toilet brush) and have got its own television. The kitchen also has a sitting area to relax, a dinning and its own television, all basic cooking utensils are available. Most importantly the gentle man in charge was reachable, responsive and respectful. If I were to visit Kings Lynn again I'll definitely lodge here."

"I didn’t realise bathroom and toilet were separate and so very small."

"Was or similar to an old coaching Inn, and layout and ambience reflected this"

"It was beautiful waking up and seeing the boats on the river, very quiet and lovely staff. "

"The guests were great as they are long term contractors, the hotel was good"

"Wow what an amazing stay. It was absolutely incredible and Chris and Tina are the most amazing hosts. Thank you so such a special experience "

"Mis-sold this accommodation. This is a house share, with 5 bedroom, but was described as "You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party." on Expedia So I did not stay at Hillcroft."

"This is a real dump!!!!!!!! I just walked in and walked out right away.Dirt and stench!!!!! I was shocked!"

"Lovely tucked away dog friendly accommodation in a pleasant village location. The annexe was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Booked this on the day due to being let down with our previous booking. Michelle and Mark were very helpful and saved our trip. Would definitely recommend. "

"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....
