Poor service. Self service check, were not even shown to room. Asked about room service meal and told this was possible. Went to bat to order room service meal told fully booked. Poor staff attitude.

The room was clean large tv looked nice outside and in only down side was no lift and my husband has major trouble with stairs

The hotel smelt musty and the sheets, although clean, felt damp. Very short staffed and one of the evening staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Booked a table for a party of six. When food arrived only 5 meals rather than six arrived and meant my daughter went hungry. Quality of food was awful. Burnt sweet potato fries, dry chicken and crusty mash potato in addition to food being cold. Very poor customer service. Not once did anyone come to ask if we wanted more drinks. We were charged for more drinks than we consumed. Endless emails as everything seems to have to be done on line. Very disappointing stay. Would not recommend.

As soon as you walked in you could smell damp.... the room was even worse for the smell. I certainly will not be staying again
