Very clean. Super friendly staff. Grounds well kept.

Fabulous stay staff are lovely

This hotel was in an excellent location for our stay and generally was well looked after. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was adequate The pool was a little warm for swimming and we had a problem with the shower head but nothing that spoilt our stay.

Great staff and breakfast! All for a fantastic price.

Very clean room. Ample free parking. Lots of restaurants and places to eat. Breakfast was included which included waffle maker, toast options, juice, hot drinks etc. Great stay at a great price.

This is a nice Inn close to Easton beach on the outskirts of Newport. The famous cliff walk is approx 1 mile away. The rooms are well furnished although the fan in the bathroom can be quite noisy. They provide a good quality continental breakfast with a mixture of fresh and pre packaged breakfast snacks. The owner was friendly and helped carry our cases to the room. I would stay here again if I was back in the area.

Courteous and helpful staff. Our room was on the small side in my opinion.

Friendly, helpful staf.

The are having building work on the outside at the moment and changing windows, but I predict this little gem will become a 4 star-rated hotel in no time. Yes, the bar close by can be noisy but it stopped early for us, and it was just people talking playing ping-pong rather than music. The free...

Fantastic hotel, perfect location, lovely clean well equipped rooms and the best staff ever. Nothing was a problem, provided cups of tea anytime we wanted it and lent us an umbrella for the passing storm. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel. This was my second second stay and just as good as before. Complimentary breakfast was very nice and there is free hot drinks all day near reception. Walking distance to some restaurants & shops and a short drive to other attractions such as Roger Williams Park & Zoo. Staff are always happy & friendly.

Great resort, lovely views of the harbour and bridge. Very spacious, comfortable beds and plenty of free parking. Lovely staff would stay again. Only possible negative was no standard oven and the usual lack of a kettle which coming from the UK we are used to but we were able to heat water in the microwave so did not miss out on our cuppa!
