"Greeted on arrival and they took the time to show me to my room. The room is simple but everything I needed and it was really quiet at night."

"Beautiful hotel and staff"

"Room was lovely and clean and plenty or space. Staff on reception very helpful and nice. Only small downside was it would be good to put in the description that the parking area is tight and it was a bit of a struggle parking a larger car"

"Brilliant 👍 👏"

"Excellent location for the racing - stayed 3 nights in total which included parking. It was a little run down but very good value for money. Had microwave, kettle and fridge in the room, with tea coffee sugar and milk. Room was clean, a little run down in places with marks on the wall etc, windows a little dirty, but nothing overly bad. "Very good stay and mr Zakaria was very helpful and always go far and beyond to help."

"We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. "

The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Contacted Expedia and spent a further 2 hrs on the phone to them and they also could not get in touch with the managing agent. The building had poor lighting outside and was...
