"Hotel is very run down, we waited at the reception for a bit before being seen to! Hallway and stairs are in need of a good clean and paint! Very run down. Room was freezing, no heating on. Damp on windows and ceiling and that was supposed to be a refurbished room! Needless to say we didn’t stay and left straight away! Out of pocket. Light fitting in hall hanging down from ceiling (dangerous). Hallway hadn’t even been hoovered. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL!!! "

"Made the mistake of booking this through Expedia, which sources the ratings from other sites. It was listed as a 7.2, and the photos are beautiful. BE WARNED ... the photos are polished and from long ago. All of the furniture is flimsy and damaged/stained/rough shape from IKEA and NOT CLEANED. From piles of dust on the headboards and black mold in the shower, to dirty dishes and stains on EVERYTHING. Expedia was not ambitious in customer care, and the company that runs this place refused to...
