"The staff at the Rock were very helpful and I could store my bag in the reception while being on a boat cruise after check out. Note that the reception is at ”the Water” which has the same owners. ”The Rock” i brand new as of mid July 2023. The view is spectacular. Highly recommended! "

"Beautiful view from our balcony and communal area round the front of the property. Very clean with great facilities and air con, the wifi was not the best so be prepared. Very steep walk up to the property which is doable if you are quite active, would recommend to have a car or motorcycle otherwise. Close to a bus stop, nice supermarket and town centre. "

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, nel complesso struttura molto bella e padrona gentilissima e accogliente. Vicino c'è il super market, il benzinaio e il fruttivendolo ma comunque a non più di mezzo km si arriva al centro città e al porto."

"The best place to stay on Skiathos! Room was wonderful, with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchenette, and lovely balcony with a view of the sea. It was a 30 second walk to a beach with gorgeous turquoise water in addition to a 25 minute walk into town. I can’t say enough great things about the staff who not only were super helpful with the check in and transfer from the port to the hotel, but drove me back to the port for my early ferry when leaving. "A wonderful 10 night stay at Margi House. Bed was very comfortable. Air con was blissful. Cleaned really well daily with fresh towels. Swimming pool was exceptional. Loads of sunbeds & cleaned daily. Andreas at Margi House was exceptional. Ordering taxis and giving us lots of local knowledge The free nespresso coffee was bonus. A few bars/restaurants within easy walking that were great. "

"We've just come back from staying here and we cant recommend it more! Its in-between bus stop 7 and 8 (8 being at the bottom of the hill) the rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff there were lovely. The only downside is the hill from the main road, but we hired a quad so it was fine. We walked down at night but always got a taxi back, 10 euros from the town, which is pretty cheap. We had a lovely week here and the views were fabulous. "

"Property was overall clean and well maintained. Check in was friendly, quick, and easy to locate room. Breakfast in the morning was a plus - juice, water, coffee, some meat, cheese, bread and other items. Although it is right off of the main road where cars and bikes pass, the noise is nothing to make a big fuss over. Bathroom seemed renovated. Overall for the price I enjoyed the stay and will stay again this week once I return from Skopelos. "
