"On photos the guest house looks good. But in real life it a very small room (about 2.5*3.5 sq.m) including bathroom. One more thing: it's situated on the basement floor, so don't expect any beautiful views from your window. Also, the service is a bit poor. "I booked the hotel for English friends visiting Kiev, on the basis that less money on rooms is more money for vodka. I was staggered at the high standard of the rooms for the price paid. Comfy beds, en suite shower, kettle and fridge in the room and close proximity to the metro. Outstanding!"

"It was ok. I liked it. Room was a bit difficult to breath at night due to lack of ventilation. The more people, the less oxygen. Also, some noise at night by boys in the building. Other than that it was nice. Seemed safe, and a nice seating area. I would stay again, but I will hope it will be less people in the room."
