"Hotel under renovation by new owners. Hallways and rooms have new cushioned carpeting installed. Bed comfortable. Basic hot breakfast served starting at 6:30 AM. Also, each room contains good quality kitchen-style deep sink for washing dishes or hand-washing of clothing. (this sink is external to bathroom area) Has efficient staff which can be expanded for high-occupancy events. Hotel located within walking distance of several quality restaurants, including Tiramasu (Italian) and The Patio (steak and seafood) on Washington Square, and next-door Riverside BBQ. Note: before you go make map printout of the area around the hotel... zone has some unusual traffic turns which can be confusing first time through."
