There was a 4th Br / 3rd bath, but the only way to get there was to go outside and up an outside staircase. It took a call to the realtor to figure this out since it is not noted anywhere. Our plan was to use this room for 2 adults and 2 small children, but that was not practical due to the separate entrance.
