Only complaint was the smell walking from the villas to the main reception area smalls like sewage and they burn garbage all over the island so the smells were getting to me a bit"

"The staff at Camilla went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They were very helpful in arranging extra activities and ensuring we had everything we needed. They were very personable and made us feel right at home. The rooms provided nice privacy with a private jacuzzi and an outdoor shower which was nice. "The good: large room with a balcony, desk, decent shower and clothes airer rack. The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. The bad: smelly drains, no chairs for the desk, a sink that drains into the bathroom and pools instead of draining away so can get smelly, filthy mattress protector and linen with cigarette burns and marks. The ugly: cockroaches and bugs inside. This is likely because of the huge gaps under both the doors. Close proximity to town, eateries and transport links."

"Horrendous establishment. Accepts a booking and we’ll in advance then cancels 6 hours before check-in claiming they have no space. Save the stress and avoid this place at all costs! "

"First I want to say that the hotel shows a club being apart of its property... there is no club! The club they show in the pictures is on the main strip. Secondly, the bedsheets had holes and stains. And finally not much sleep due to the holes in the the walls. But the people who worked there were very sweet! "

"Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. The night we couldn't sleep as the room has no windows and no soundproof. you can hear talking staff until midnight as if they were staying in your room. It was super hot upstairs becasue...

"The property was not well maintained, it was next door to a very loud mosque. We got no sleep for 3 days! The beach near by was full of trash and smelled horrible. The location was not in a good area and many locals were on the property and around. The free breakfast made us all sick..I WONT BE BACK !"
