My bed didn't have a pillow, and the girl at the reception said I should find it myself from the other guests! I refused, so she went to the room and couldn't find it, so she gave me another one. The only locker left was faulty, so they gave me one by reception on the floor below. For the 5 rooms on my floor, there were 3 bathrooms only, and one was out of service (6-10 people per room). No sockets visible near the bed, nor in the room at all.
