"Location is great and the room was clean,reason why I booked again. However they seem to overbook the rooms as it happened twice to us ,this April and September ,arrived and another room was given to me instead! Unaceptable but Must say the issue was resolved by the next day .Also booked and payed a taxi for early airport pickup with the day time young female but taxi never showed up !!Thanks to the young male night receptionist for sorting it out without further delays... "

"My recent stay at Riad Full Moon was nothing short of fantastic, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Ali and Hamza. Their genuine friendliness and helpfulness made my time there truly memorable.
