"The air conditioning was broken so it kept pumping hot air into the room making it unbelievably hot and stuffy or if I pushed the button it would make it freezing cold. It was absolutely terrible. Do not rent from these people. It was a real hassle getting into the room as well."

"Wasn’t allowed to leave bags down in lobby of hotel on checkout day because I was “apparently” not a hotel guest because it’s a separate room to the hotel. The only gym is not included apparently as hotel staff have said only thing that can be used is pool."
