"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "I must be honest, I am very disappointed. For some strange reason although I checked reviews before hand, I was not able to see all the reviews which would have prevented me from booking. 20 min before leaving the owner messaged to say his cleaner did not come and asked whether we still wanted to go. He offered us £60 refund if we wanted to go and take our own bedding etc. We accepted as we were all packed. Arrived there, no hot water and the place wasn't really well kept. We contacted the...
