The location, surrounding environment, and the room’s facilities can only be described as excellent and delightful—absolutely fantastic! The hostess, Fiona, and her husband, Perry, are both extremely friendly and warm, making you feel right at home in no time. At dawn, the chirping birds under the giant Scottish pine trees gently wake you from a restful night’s sleep, as the distant mountains emerge from the morning mist. As a traveler, after a refined and delicious breakfast and a cup of hot coffee, what better place could there be to recharge your energy and embrace a new day? Ready for your Tee time. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted.
