Except they charge high amounts some level of comfort is expected in the chalets bed ,linen and pillows
I was asked to pay for things i didn't use as i was at the main gate

Comfortable, with small kitchenette - ideal for making a simple meal and then sitting and eating on the verandah outside.
The owners were very helpful with advice on the broad area.
The Hluhluwe reserve's Memorial Gate is not far - about 20 minutes drive away, making the Lodge convenient for your visit."

Cependant, la peinture venait d'être refaite et l'odeur était extrêmement présente. La cuisine était d'une propreté à revoir... bel endroit extérieur pour dîner.

Excellent safari lodge - very friendly. Great guide (Jordan) - saw the big 5 including after hours extra trip to find leopard on road. Comfortable vehicle. Ponchos needed for pouring rain in one trip did not spoil experience. Very friendly managers and staff. Would highly recommend. Birthday cake produced too and great vegan food for one of our party provided.

The place looked good when we arrived but took a fall from grace when we went to dinner, steak was on the menu but all three of us could not even cut it with a steak knife and the amount of people sending the steak back agreed with us it really put us off and the breakfast was not much better when we told the staff they were not interested overall disappointed

We loved our stay and the staff were working so very hard. The staff in the Restaurant should get an award for Patience and kindness. Cleaning staff could improve. I saw a lot of dust and dirt on the floors every afternoon when I returned to a clean room. The one bar staff member could be a bit friendlier. He didnt look interested in serving.

Wonderful experience here, being taken to see the animals in rehabilitation and stroking the cheetah. Extremely professional guide, giving much information on the animals. The bedroom was small but beautifully clean and maintained. You could see zebras and antelope wandering around from the windows, and listen to the birds.
The main part of the lodge, eating and lounge areas were great. Very relaxing, the food was excellent and the staff extremely attentive. Well done to the manageress who...
