The bad… right across the street from 2 bars that go till 2am then you have hostel kids coming back to the rooms till 4-5…lol (they can be loud) Lolol If you are over 35, with a partner, or have a little bigger budget… you probably want somewhere else… if you are 20-30 it’s perfect! lol Tip: there are 2 buildings… try to get the smaller...

"We had a big and beautifull room with a big and comfy bed. The bathroom was also spacious with a big enclosed shower, great for not showeing the hole bathroom and everything in it while taking a shower. Our room was on the 3 floor so we had a nice view over the pool with palm trees. We did not use the pool that much. It is a tiny pool with only 4 sunbeds so you have to be early to get a spot. But its only 10 min walking to the beach. Very clean. Very nice and helpfull staff. Great location....

"I paid for my room through Expedia. When I got to the hotel, the receptionist told me that I had to pay in cash or transfer money since the hotel already turn off all apps booking for that day. I told her I already paid, so I will not pay again. She insisted that I have to agree to pay upon checkout otherwise she won’t give me a room. "Really accessible area in Haad Rin but just off the main area. Large bungalows with super comfy beds and AC. The bathrooms are slightly dated with my shower head occasionally slipping off but overall was still good. Service was great. "

We had our bathing suits draped on the porch to dry & they had set up a drying rack for us without us asking which was so nice! The property is so clean & manicured. The room is clean.
