"We love Charlie's, we feel at home here. The staff is so friendly & willing to help. We had our bathing suits draped on the porch to dry & they had set up a drying rack for us without us asking which was so nice! The property is so clean & manicured. The room is clean. The only thing missing are hooks to hang the towels, maybe also more shelves. "

I told her I already paid, so I will not pay again. She insisted that I have to agree to pay upon checkout otherwise she won’t give me a room.
