Particularly given it being described in the listing as a “luxury” property with a large kitchen, heated pool that could sleep 13 people.When we arrived, the front door key pad would not activate and took several people many turns before it would activate and allow us to enter the code and enter the home. "We arrived at midnight and the property didn't provide us with alarm code. We have two small kids that travelled from Canada to Australia and had to put them to sleep with alarm blasting. That night was very stressful. Also the lock on the door was unreasonably noisy and beep constantly. The condition of the house and yard was great."

" Nice place however I could get a better deal somewhere else for a private ridges hotel but it’s good for a quick stay I was lucky that my whole unit was empty I was only one out of the eight rooms I’ll be back again"
