"Amazing staff, beautiful rooftop views, spacious rooms, easy free parking. I would recommend posting signs requiring guests to clean up after partying. Each morning the staff would pickup rubbish and empty bottles and cans. Yes, the hostal have rubbish and recycling bins easily accessible, yet some guests failed to use them"

"The room was not available for me even though I had booked and paid through wotif. Another guest at the establishment advised me that the owner is not taking on-line bookings and there was no room in any case. I have already emailed about this and I expect a full refund. Please advise when this will happen."

"I had booked the room last year for 4 people in a doorm and when I arrived they had put all of us in different rooms it’s not what I had booked. It was dirty and to see a mop bucket emptied in the communal kitchen was just disgusting as it’s were people cook."

"The building had an atmosphere about it. Yes it was old but had character about it. The staff were great and helpful. I have worked in a number of motel/ hotels and know that its not always the brand new fancy places that glitter and shine that are the draw card. Its the character and quality of the place and people that make it. "
