Gave me the wrong room and not what I booked and then explained my room had a family in it. Given another room with just 1 bed and a mattress for the floor. No mention of wifi. No basic item like toilet paper. Bathroom and shower taps to trendy and confusing to use. Taxi booked for next day was a death trap vehicle that arrived late."
