"Great stay, comfortable room and breakfast was great "

"TV, microwave and kettle/toaster nice. Lights for some reason had no covers on them, too bright to leave on without the covers. Ended up finding them in the cupboard, carpet was a little sticky. Room wasnt available until a little after 2. Parking was limited car park was all filled up when we arrived back to hotel no where to park. We ended up leaving at 1130 pm to go back home. Would be suitable for couples or singles only staying a little while. Didnt suit us a family."

"It was a surprisingly clean and pleasent place to stay - a little bit out of Ballarat but a lot cheaper then some of the places in the city center - and as we were Rogaining nearby, a perfect place to stay - will be going back!"

"Great central place to stay, very accommodating . "

"Perfect stay"

"A lovely country hotel. Very clean and tidy. The staff were super friendly and very nice meals in the bistro."

"Had a great stay. Would definitely stay there again next time I’m travelling through the area. "

"Room was very comfortable. We really appreciated the staff allowing us to check in late and leaving the lights & heating on for our arrival. Would stay at the motel again."

"Calm, cozy and scenic. "

"Unfortunately house was very dusty and some dishes in cupboard dirty. Lawn was so long front and back that the children could not play there. This was very disappointing as we had planned to sit on deck and watch and interact with them in backyard. Was up to toddlers waist 😡. We also fouls we were overcharged from what the stays sight said. "

"Lovely new motel. Stayed the day it opened. The staff couldnt help enough. Walk across the road to Zagamies. Soverign Hill is just down the road."
