"I loved that it had a gorgeous view of the mountains from our balcony. I loved that it was right downtown and walkable to the whole main street. I did not love that we had to pay an amenities fee for parking and a pool that we didn't even use."

"I booked this property based on price, location and reviews. The property is in poor condition, rooms are dirty, mold stains on the bathroom ceiling, dead bugs on the floor. The appliances were old and dirty and the key pad cover kept falling off every time we opened or closed the door. The hot tub was closed by the health department in March and hadn’t been fixed in June. There’s no staff on site. They have a kiosk that connects you to a remote employee in another country. "The property is small and quaint. It's not fancy, no pool, but rooms are clean and it is right off of the main shopping strip in Sedona, so a great place to step out the door and walk the shopping district."

"The location is wonderful and the breakfast was above what we expected. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The only negative was asking for towels everyday, and no housekeeping for 6 days. I removed our towels, replaced with new ones, and took out daily trash. Also, extra charges for parking were high. Just seems unnecessary to charge over $20 a day for parking our car, especially when there was free parking right next to the hotel. "
