"I requested clean towels at 9 am to person checking us in and the head of housekeeping. At 3 pm head if housekeeping came to check the room and I reminded him again that we needed fresh towels. At 4 pm I saw a housekeeper two doors down and told her we didn't need room cleaned but we did need clean towels. (We stayed in the same room 2 nights-2 reservations). As if 9:30 pm we still do not have clean towels. I will not be returning to this hotel again "

"For a place that we used to sleep it did the job. The free breakfast was always prepared on time. Only issue is the bathtub had a broken turn thing and water would leak out of it, making the water pressure low on the actual faucet and shower head. "
