All the staff were charming and exceptionally helpful. Rooms and communal areas were immaculately clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable with new mattresses. Airport Transfers were arranged for us and reasonably priced. The driver was a friendly character too.

Excellent accommodation, staff and experience. Highly recommended peaceful location for an excellent stay.

💐 first of all Sara the host was very nice person, smiling Face, very good attitude, helpful for everything. The apartment like a luxury one the room was very big, very sophisticated kitchen etc. The host and staff made me feel as I am at home, highly recommend this place and definitely come back 👏👏👏

The welcome was very warm. Staff spoke both portuguese and English. The hotel is approx 400m from the Roman Bridge, just a stroll away on foot. Breakfast is good and is nicy presented on a wooden plank. Very modern rooms, one negative point is the lack of power sockets (only 2 in the room), especially near the bed. As we are always prepared, we brought a 4-gang, to be able to charge 2 mobile phones and 2 Tablets. There is a small pool on the roof ferrace, we didn't make use of it so we cannot...

Always great to stay and an easy run to airport - leaving early (03:30hrs) no problem. Nice farden and swimjing pool and apartment hss all wecefer need

Staff friendly, parking right outside the hotel, no issues.

Great airport stopover We had a very pleasant one-night stay at ibis Faro. Extremely convenient for the airport, clean and comfortable, and exactly the reliable standard you expect from ibis. Perfect for an overnight stay before or after a flight. Would happily stay again.

Great, luxurious quaint little stay! Great central location too

Lovely clean hostel, adequate breakfast and friendly staff :)

Central. Exceptionally clean.

We arrived late for a one night stay (me and my husband and son) and had a family suite. Dalila was so helpful and the property was beautifully clean and with great facilities (en suite, kitchen). Would definitely stay again!

Nice tidy hotel. Pleasant swimming pool with sunbeds around. Very tidy rooms, with big bathrooms (no bath) Nice buffet breakfast.

Great

Very good

This was my second stay at this hotel and as before the staff were helpful in every way. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. I would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a few days rest.

Location is fab - short walk to the bus and train stations, cathedral and harbour (under 10 mins to all), our room was spotlessly clean and had its own little balcony. There's also a nice little chill out area downstairs, and a wealth of info/resources advertised on boards all over the hostel. We didn't use the kitchen but there is one available, should you need it. Staff were friendly and helpful and always willing to chat. Wifi worked well. Minor issues: had to have a cold shower on the...
