Upon arrival I could smell weed in my room, and I tried to air the room out but it is -30 so having a window or door open at this temperature is not going to work. I tried calling the hotel after hours phone number to request a room change, but nobody answered and there was no option to leave a message. The bathroom is disgusting, with mold around the tub and tiles, and large cracks in the tile. The toilet does not flush very well, and the water volume from the shower head is almost non existent.

The property was clean and maintained no garbage to be seen all in garbage cans, there was also a golf course that was clean

It’s the only place to stay in 108 mile so there’s no real choice. The AC didn’t work and it was hot. It felt like the heat was on but I wasn’t. Guys partying next door didn’t shut it down until 1am.

I like the peace and quietness. This property is old and tired. It needs some major upgrades, for example, some of the plumbing doesn't work properly (faucets are hard to turn on), and outdoor carpets need replacing. The coffee maker did not have a glass carafe, to make coffee. There was no foo9d service available.

The bad: Old rooms that smell like cigarette smoke. Burnt out light in kitchen area, very dim light in hallway. Had to enter room with cell flashlight to turn on bedside lamp. Needs updates. Awkward wall plugs. Ask for tip at payment terminal on check-in before any service has even been offered. The good: bed was comfy, was quiet at night.

Although property needs a bit of a spruce up, the bed was comfortable and linens and towels were good. Room was clean and quiet other than the fairly noisy window air conditioner. All in all though, fairly good value for your money and very convenient if you have a pet. No food nearby by so make sure you come prepared. Would stay again for travel.

Dilapidated. No repairs, headboards fall from bed, drawer pulls missing, deck peeling and not painted in 30 years, cobwebs everywhere, advertised room not available that we booked through Expedia. The view is gorgeous. Such a pity something once so beautiful is so run down.

Beautiful location overlooking the golf course, with views to 108 and Sepa Lakes. Lovely walking trails and the historic 108 Ranch nearby. The property has seen better days, but is comfortable, and our kitchenette unit was adequately equipped. Pillows were too overstuffed and didn’t work well for us. Heated outdoor pool was an early October bonus, and staff very friendly and helpful. If you’re happy with fairly basic accommodations this is a well-priced option in a beautiful setting. A short drive to restaurants and shopping in 100 Mile.

It was 2 degrees overnight and they had not turned the heat on in the whole building , questioned why no heat , waiting for the season change which had already happened with overnight temperatures at 2 degrees . Very cold in the room . Questioned whether it would be on for the second night I had planned to stay was told probably not because it takes several days to get the heat throughout the building especially the farther you are from the heat source . CRAZY ! Due to health concerns had to check out after first nights experience .

Loved the view and grounds. Would of been nice to have soap and shampoo in bathroom. The shower did not have hot water but the taps did? The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. No coffee & creamer on the second morning.

The staff were absolutely terrific and accommodating. Beds were very comfy. The motel it self was quite run down, but it was clean. Pool was fun, but the cement was crumbling and chunks were missing. The kitchenette was not fully stocked with utensils, had to go out and buy or own cooking utensils which we gifted them.The grounds could use a good gardener to clean them up. Sauna was fantastic and the view is unbeatable. Hoping the owners will put some cash into revitalizing the motel and property because it could be an amazing gem 💎.

The golf course and setting is beautiful. The Motel/Hotel is run down, dirty and smells. This used to be a wonderful place to spend hiking, biking, golfing etc. Has not been renovated since it was built. Would not return!!!!

I had an excellent stay here. Was quite location and a great view of the golf course. Although being a little on the dated side the beds seemed to be new and comfortable. I'd like to think having gone through the last two years of bs is why it's the way it is. I'm sure once things get up and back up to speed everything with be too top again. I would stay here again.

This property has seen better days. While the bed was new and comfortable, the property's interior and exterior need a major spring cleaning. Replacement of worn, stained carpets and bathroom fixtures, basic repairs and a coat or two of paint would help as well. We visit this area often but will return to one of the motels in 100 MH in future.

Good for the price! The standard double Queen room was much bigger than comparable rooms we’ve stayed at in other places. Decor is typical for an older resort but that didn’t bother us at all. We were comfortable with our two kids and we would definitely stay here again!
