Great place to stay if you don’t want to break the bank!!
Stayed for 3 nights and the only criticism was that the beds were not that comfy. Staff were all friendly and had a problem with kettle not working but fixed within 10 minutes. Breakfast buffet was good and you could eat as much as you like. Evening buffet was basic and overpriced at 20 euro but this is to be expected no matter which hotel you stay at. No problems with shuttle bus and never waited more than 10 minutes going there or coming back. Rather than eat at the Parcs which is ridiculously overpriced take in a packed lunch. Go to shop in Magny about 5 minutes away and a small feast can be obtained for very little.
Traveller's tip on dining
A great experience for the kids is the Rainforest Cafe which although more expensive was worth it. Staff and food were both excellent.

Take your own hot water!
Very comfortable hotel room with plenty of space for a family of four. The breakfast was very basic with limited choice. The only real drawback was a lack of hot water in the mornings. We stayed for two days and each morning (7am) there was only cold water, even after complaining! I would seriously consider paying the extra 40 a night and staying at the Dream Castle or Explorers Hotel.
Use the bagage service if travelling by car. We were uncomfortable about leaving belongings in the car overnight, but we instead used the large lockers provided near the car park to store valuables in free of charge - a great idea.
