nicks 13th bday
It is a bgeautiful hotel. Very nice to take kids due to the large pool and arcade. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to all ag groups,
off season is the best bang for your buck. september to november.

5 miles from the Sun Festival
My September visit to Ocean City Maryland was very pleasant due to the care I received at the Princess Royal Resort/Hotal. I was 5 miles away from the Ocean City Broadwalk. The location was close enough to get to the Broadwalk activities by the local bus ($2 all day)but far enough away for peace. The beach water temperature had begun to cool but I took advantage of the spacious in-door swimming pool. On my morning walks I was able to see the local sites. There were great shops, restaurants and conveneinces close by and at the resort. The morning bunch at Princess Royal was very good. The Staff was helpful and polite. I look forward to returning soon.

Good Off Season Choice
Can’t speak for the busy season, but for a quick three day trip toward the end of September my girlfriend and I thought it was great. The 5th floor didn’t hurt matters especially with an ocean view. Ocean front would have been ideal, but we enjoyed what we had and would go back again. If you expect that it won’t be a 5 star hotel then you’ll be fine. The elevator is old and SLOWWW so you may choose the stairs from the 5th floor as we did occasionally. On that note, the stairwells are not exactly aesthetically pleasing or fragrant, but...it’s a stairwell. The hotel as a whole was pretty and had a pleasant appeal.
Traveller's tip
Eat at the Crab Bag for your local blue crab feast. Very local (if you know what I mean) but very delicious and worth it. Seacrets is a fun night spot if you are looking for a little dancing or heavy parting.
