"Nature"

"We stayed 2 nights at the Lodge and 3 at the Club. Food and drinks were a good value for a resort as most everyplace we've been for the past month have been. The rooms are nicely decorated with the Club being more contemporary. The staff have all been great. My biggest negative was the sewer smell at the east end of the Club pool. Both days there was also a backhoe operating so maybe it was working on the problem. The game watering hole at the west end of the Lodge mostly has had Mirabu storks...

"This property accepted our reservation AND FULL PAYMENT for the stay but was SOLD OUT and they refused to REFUND our money!!!!! And there is no recourse through Expedia! Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had problems with this platform but it will be the last. Never using Expedia again for any reservations."

"We had a wonderful time staying at Shongwe Oasis. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and made sure all of our needs were attended to. Our room (honeymoon suite) had a comfortable king size bed with mosquito curtains around it, large bathtub and both indoor and outdoor showers. The pool is a great place to get some sun, although I would recommend using it in the morning or lunch time as it does get leaves and seeds falling in it throughout the day (cleaned in the mornings).
