Great location at the wall of the old town. Secure parking. On site restaurant. Breakfast included. Staff very friendly and helpful.

No response regarding left item
My overall score would have been higher if I had received a response from the hotel regarding an item of clothing I left there. I knew most of the staff spoke no English, this was not a problem we spoke basic spanish. But when I call them to ask about the forgotten item, I was told that someone would call me back, it didn't happen. I also tried contacting them through the Hotel.com app and received no response. I hope the hotel sees this review and contacts me. Overall the stay was good, the food and service in the restaurant is good too. The staff are friendly and helpful. My husband and I travel south at Christmas and we stayed in the hotel on the start of our journey and on our return. I would like to return to the hotel again but only if my messages are returned.

Best hotel in Zafra
I stayed for 2 days. The staff was extremely friendly. Good value for money, I would love to stay in this hotel again if I ever visit Zafra again.

Lovely little hotel. Great food. The staff were very welcoming and the room had a balcony overlooking the garden and Zafra. The perfect stop-over.

A 10 minutos del centro a pie, en un lugar con encanto. La atención justita y falta de detalle con los amenities. Olor desagradable en el baño. Como ventaja, el bar restaurante del propio hotel.

Excelente relación calidad / precio. Superlimpio todo y personal muy amable. Increíble la terraza para desayunar por la mañana o comer y cenar. A 5 minutos a pié del centro de Zafra. El hotel fue renovado hace 3 años y está impecable. Los salones y el patio una maravilla. Muy recomendable.

La relación calidad precio muy buena, nos alojamos en el apartamento familiar y resultó muy amplio. Instalaciones bastante nuevas y muy buena atención del personal.
