"Myself and my mum stayed here and it was such an amazing experience from start to finish.. we got upgraded to a suite overlooking the sea, the room was amazing and clean.. the extra special touches made our holiday.. especially all the staff who couldn’t do enough for us.. the hotel should be proud of everyone of them!! Thank you for an incredible 3 days and we really hope we can return… "

"From the wonderful entrance - a copy of the church in Teguise complete with Gregorian chants and incense to the beautifully attired room, we were blown away by this hotel, simply couldn’t fault it! Delicious food with ample choice, friendly staff, perfect location and 2 large swimming pools in a superb setting, we could not have been happier! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hotel Livvo Volcán and sincerely hope to repeat the experience!"

"Spacious apartment with beautiful view from the large patio. Apartment is basically furnished and minimal kitchen (no oven, only 2 ring hob). Spacious pool & deck area which would benefit from more regular cleaning especially at busy times. Jacuzzi not hot and pool would be more enjoyable if heated. Laundry room only opened whilst lifeguard is on duty (as he uses it as a base). No wi-fi on the pool deck but good signal in the apartment. No iron in apartment or laundry room and if requested there...

"The hotel was on a quiet road and as the bar and entertainment areas were away from guest accommodation we were not disturbed at night. all amenities on site were good. The service from reception was good with any issues (safe door not opening, patio door handle broken) resolved quickly. Housekeeping and bar staff were exceptionally efficient and friendly . "Perfect spot for Playa Blanca, as its about half way between the main town area and the marina. Lovely room. Was cleaned everyday. Staff were friendly. Was quiet and didnt hear noise from neighbours. Wifi worked really well in our apartment. Lovely pools, although they were a bit chilly! Would recommend. Stayed self catering so cant comment on food, but loads of restaurants and takeaways to choose from in Playa Blanca. "
