"The front desk lady was not nice. When I asked if the hotel can help to call a taxi tomorrow morning to airport, she simply stated no such service. During the check-in, never saw her smile feeling you are not welcomed to this hotel. The next morning, the gentleman in the front desk helped me to call a taxi easily."

"Exterior grounds are stunningly beautiful. Lovely for walking around and enjoying nature. Rooms are getting stale. My shower was very slow to drain, and would back up into bathroom. "While I was initially a little disappointed by the small and old hotel lobby, I changed my mind once I checked into my room. The view from my room was phenomenal. The bed was very comfortable, with special buckwheat pillows, and I slept very well during my stay. The bathroom also had a useful smart toilet.
